A culture can neither can be found without conversation nor can a social structure survive without it. The multi faceted development (economic, sociable, political and cultural) contain further asserted the importance of communication in individual life. Successful communication is the key to all or any social relationships and conditions – personal or professional.

What is Interaction? "Communication is something so simple and difficult that we can never put it in basic words." Various sociologists, educationists and testmyprep psychologists own defined communication in various ways and based on the disciplines to which they belong. According to Legans – communication can be an act of getting a sender and a receiver tuned alongside one another for a specific massage or group of communications. Schramm says, it comes about between two corresponding devices accompanied through one or more non-corresponding systems, leading to an identical status to establish commonness.

Others like Howland, Warren Weaver, Gist, Loomis and Beegles etc. have identified communication in their respective ways, but one can conclude that it’s a social conversation, that transfers the thoughts or ideas from one person or group to another so that it could be understood and acted upon. The more homogenous a group is, the successful the communication.

In the 21st Century, everyone on the planet can compete on the same footing with everyone else. Therefore the difference between success and failure will be the ability to communicate and understand.

Communication is a continuing activity. It’s the two way process. It is an take action of sharing knowledge, feeling, ideas, information with the application of terms, facial expressions, gestures, body system movement and often silence, that takes its meaning from the problem.

The communication circumstances exist when:

there is a person (sender or transmitter) desirous of passing on some data;

there is another person (receiver) to whom the info is to be passes on;

the receiver partly or wholly knows the message offered to him;

the receiver responds to the communication i.e., there some kind of feedback.

The communication scenario cannot exist in the lack of these four components.

use concrete expressions which have a visual impact on the mind and you will be easy to remember,

prefer lively constructions, which are immediate,

Conditions for Effective Communication
