i-TECH e-Services earned an “A” supplier rating, with 100.0% delivery reliability, in a global industrial OEM's supplier evaluation for October 2026. The customer scores every delivery it receives against the date and quantity it called off. A delivery passes only if it arrives on the requested date, within the customer's tolerance, and within 10% of the ordered quantity. All four October deliveries passed both tests, which placed i-TECH in the customer's top tier: suppliers at 97% or higher, whom the customer describes as preferred partners for new projects.
We have withheld the customer's name. The redacted evaluation is available on our homepage under View Our Supplier Ratings.
What the supplier evaluation measured
Delivery reliability looks at two things for every inbound shipment: punctuality and quantity. The customer compares each delivery with the requested delivery date and quantity in its call-offs, and the evaluation states that deliveries are assessed in accordance with VDA 5009.
The scoring is pass or fail. A delivery that meets the date and quantity tolerances scores 100%, and a delivery outside them scores 0%. Because the monthly result combines those scores, a single late or short shipment would have pulled October below 100%.
- Evaluation period: October 1–31, 2026
- Deliveries scored: 4
- Result: 100.0% delivery reliability
- Rating: A, the customer's top tier
How the A, B and C ratings work
The customer sorts its suppliers into three classes by their delivery-reliability percentage:
- A, 97% or higher: preferred partners for new projects.
- B, 90% to under 97%: expected to analyze where they can improve.
- C, under 90%: not considered for new projects, with a risk of new business being put on hold.
For a manufacturer, this rating has real consequences. The evaluation explains why: when deliveries arrive late or short, the customer's own production is disrupted, sometimes severely, which raises costs and makes it harder for them to supply their customers.
How we keep deliveries on schedule
On-time delivery starts with a date we can hold. We confirm a delivery date once all of a project's parts are at our facility, and we build PCB assemblies, cable assemblies and wire harnesses, and box builds under one roof in Norcross, Georgia, so a schedule never waits on a chain of sub-vendors. Customers get regular updates while their order is in production.
Every build runs under our AS9100D and ISO 13485:2016 quality management system, and our quality and testing page shows how each assembly is inspected before it ships. For the full picture of what we build and at what volumes, see our manufacturing capabilities.
