Founded on Faith and Determination
The i-Tech Group of Companies was started by the determination of people with meager resources to work hard when given the opportunity. In 1997, our family matriarch, Mrs. Ho, happened to meet people looking for work in Doraville, GA. She asked them if they'll work for her if she started a business, and they all said they would.
Thus was born i-Tech Staffing Services and shortly later, i-Tech e-Services. Today, we are a contract manufacturer certified as AS9100D with a quality management system certified to ISO 13485:2016 and Underwriter's Laboratories compliant, serving both small and large businesses.

The Beginning
i-TECH Staffing opens its first 1,200 sq. ft. office on Buford Highway with one employee.
Early Expansion
Second office opens in Forest Park, GA (1,500 sq. ft. facility).
Foundation of i-TECH e-Services
Company founder Phillip Tran completes his first contracted project from his home garage, launching the foundation for i-TECH e-Services. First client: CheckMate (now Ingenico).
Regional Growth
Opens two additional offices: Douglasville Office (1,200 sq. ft.) and Carrollton Office (1,200 sq. ft.).
Establishing i-TECH e-Services
Opens i-TECH e-Services in Chamblee, GA — a 3,400 sq. ft. facility with three employees.
Scaling Operations
Relocates to a 10,000 sq. ft. facility with 40 employees, continuing steady growth in manufacturing and staffing operations.
Major Facility Expansion
Relocates to a 45,000 sq. ft. facility in Norcross, GA, consolidating i-TECH Staffing and i-TECH e-Services under one roof. Expanded production floor and grew to 75 staff members.
Industry Recognition
Gwinnett Chamber names i-TECH Group a Top 25 Pinnacle Small Business Award Winner. Launches staff training programs to meet growing employer needs.
Workforce Leadership
Becomes lead agent for the Electronic Workforce Alliance (EWA), supporting workforce development initiatives.
Technical Training & Diversification
Opens Cardinal Technical Training, i-TECH's training arm. Adds its first SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Line with MYDATA equipment, beginning manufacturing diversification.
Excellence Award
Recognized by Georgia Power as 'Most Valuable Provider (MVP)' for excellence in manufacturing and supply chain service.
State-of-the-Art Investment
Adds a second SMT line with JUKI equipment, representing a $1 million investment in new equipment and expanded production capacity. Introduces LED Lighting manufacturing, System Wiring, and Custom Cabling divisions.
Integrated Solutions & Partnerships
Expanded operations into four manufacturing divisions: Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Custom Cabling & Wiring, Product Repair / Aftermarket Care, and Shipping & Receiving / Product Management.
